MEET STEPHON BRAITHWAITE-MARTIN, RHETORIC FOUNDER!

Guided by his passion for facilitating growth in others, Stephon has served as a business catalyzer and storyteller for roughly a decade. Specializing in a blend of management and communication, Stephon has spent his career building everything from marketing campaigns to structured loan deals for clients. This diverse body of work made him a recipient of National Society of American Business Owners Purple Heart Award in 2017. In 2022, Braithwaite-Martin was also honored as a 30 under 30 awardee by SNJ Millennials, non-profit organization connecting and supporting the regions most impactful businesses.

Stephon is driven by community. Outside of work, he volunteers as a business mentor for NY and DC based entrepreneurs, as well as a youth leadership instructor in Philadelphia. Most recently, Stephon joined as partner at The Connect, a network and DEI strategy organization built to innovate how cities and corporations attract, retain and cultivate BIPOC talent. For Braithwaite, it is a priority to pour into the very communities that nurtured his growth.

While Rhetoric is based in Philadelphia and Washington D.C., the Brooklyn, New York native is always a BaconEggAndCheese away from home.
